报告题目:Fluid-solid interactions and coastal vulnerability under extraordinary marine environment 报 告 人:王展 研究员 时 间:2021年1月4日(周一) 15:30-17:00 线下地点:地理资源所A0901会议室 线上地点:腾讯会议室 492 540 539 报告人简介:中国科学院力学研究所研究员、博士生导师,现任中科院流固耦合系统力学重点实验室副主任。本科与硕士毕业于南京大学数学系,2012年获威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校应用数学博士学位。毕业后曾先后担任伦敦大学学院数学系研究助理(2012-2014)和巴斯大学数学科学系讲师(2014-2016)。研究领域为应用数学与流体力学,主要从事水动力学、环境流体力学、地球物理流体力学、流动稳定性等方向的理论与应用基础研究。 报告摘要:The general marine environment, namely the ‘wind-wave-current’ system, can develop into a typhoon, roger wave, internal wave, or other extraordinary situations under specific circumstances, which has a great impact on offshore engineering structures and the safety of life and property in coastal areas. In view of the characteristics of marine disasters in the South China Sea, that is, the frequent occurrence of internal waves and storm surges, we discuss the generation and evolution of these two disasters, as well as their impact on marine engineering and coastal safety, based on multi-scale modeling, theoretical analyses, and numerical simulations.
